Export all data saves a backup of everything — theme, saved items, saved receipts, presets, and your current receipt.
Export template saves just the current receipt (structure + values) so you can share or reuse it later without touching your other data.
Header lines print centered at the top. Use Heading for the business name and Line for addresses or phone. The B button toggles bold. Pick from value presets or type your own.
The receipt number and current date/time appear automatically. Add your own label + value rows below. Click a label to pick from presets or type freely.
Add as many fields as you like. Labels and values both offer presets via the dropdown arrow. Empty values are skipped on the slip.
Presets are suggestions that appear in the dropdown arrow on every label and value input. Add your common ones once and pick them in a tap.
Leave a price blank to list an item without a charge. Click % on a row to attach a per-item tax.
Reorder any section with the arrows. Uncheck to hide it from the printed slip. Tap the chevron on a custom block to edit its content.
Text blocks support a title, description, optional link, per-part bold toggles, and a choice between stacked and inline title layout.
Global tax — applies only to items that don't have their own tax.
Open Presets and add the labels and values you use often — Server, Table No, Order Type, your staff names, etc. They'll appear in the dropdown on every label and value field.
In Business, add a header line. Pick Heading for the business name and Line for addresses. Use the B button to toggle bold on each line. The value field suggests your value presets.
Each row is a label + value pair. Click the label input and pick a preset from the dropdown arrow, or type your own. The B button makes that label bold on the slip.
Tap a saved item chip, or use + Add item. Use + Add flat charge for services. Leave the price blank to list an item without a charge.
Turn on Show tax on every line item so items without their own tax still display the global tax % and amount. Items with their own tax keep showing their own.
In Sections & order, add text blocks with title, description, link, per-part bold toggles, and stacked or inline title layout. Reorder with the arrows or hide with the checkbox.
In Data, click Export all data for a full backup, or Export template to save just the current receipt as a shareable file. Import them back any time.
Use 80mm for standard thermal rolls, or 58mm for compact printers. Then click Print slip.
Everything lives in your browser's local storage on this device — business header, receipt info, customer fields, saved items, saved receipts, presets, sections layout, and theme. Nothing is ever sent to a server.
Open the Presets card and add the labels and values you use often. Every label input (receipt info, customer) and value input (header, receipt info, customer) then shows a dropdown arrow with those presets. You can always type your own value instead of picking one.
Open the Data card. Export all data downloads a JSON file with everything — theme, catalog, saved receipts, presets, and the current receipt. Import all data restores that file and replaces your current state. Export template saves just the current receipt — perfect for sharing a format with someone else. Import template applies a template file to your current receipt without touching your saved receipts or catalog.
Import all data replaces everything — you'll be asked to confirm before it happens. Import template only changes the current receipt; your saved receipts, catalog, and presets are untouched.
The small B button appears next to every text element that supports bolding: header lines, receipt-info labels, customer labels, and the title + description of each custom text block. Click it to switch between bold and normal. The button turns green when bold is on.
When on, items without their own special tax still show the global tax % and amount on their line. It's a display option — the totals section is unchanged.
No. It's a display option only. The totals section still shows a single grouped line for the global tax. Turning the option on or off doesn't change any numbers.
Title above description stacks them vertically. Title left, description right places them on the same line: title flush left, description flush right. Both support per-part bold toggles and an optional link.
Yes. Every row in Sections & order — including each custom text block, divider, and QR code — has up/down arrow buttons on the left. Use them to move any item anywhere in the list.
Yes. Uncheck "Totals section", "Paid via line", "Footer message", or any other row in Sections & order. The slip will print with only what you've left visible.
In Sections & order, click + QR code. Type the URL or text to encode, add an optional caption, and pick a size. QR codes are generated by an online service, so you'll need a brief internet connection.
The slip shows just the item name and its quantity, with no price. The item contributes nothing to the subtotal or taxes.
Yes. Click the % button on any item row to give it its own tax name and rate. Items with their own tax are automatically excluded from the global tax.
Your browser's default page margins are probably still on. In the print dialog, set margins to None and make sure "Headers and footers" is unchecked.
